Quotes generated by the Service are estimates only and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being sent to customers.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

QuoteCraft AI offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. AI-Generated Content

Quotes and estimates generated by QuoteCraft AI are produced using artificial intelligence and should be treated as starting points, not final figures. You acknowledge that:

• AI estimates may contain inaccuracies
• Material prices may have changed since the quote was generated
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all quotes before sending them to customers
• QuoteCraft AI is not liable for any financial loss resulting from AI-generated estimates

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Abuse API rate limits or attempt to bypass usage quotas
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading quotes

7. Intellectual Property

The QuoteCraft AI service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Favoured Ltd. Quotes you generate using the Service are your own property. You grant us a licence to store and process your data solely for providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteCraft AI and Favoured Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
